Terms of Service

All purchases made with Auretic are final. Auretic operates under a strict no refunds policy. Once a payment has been successfully processed, no refunds, credits, or reversals will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to unused services, service dissatisfaction, accidental purchases, or account termination.

By purchasing any service from Auretic Studios, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to dispute, reverse, or charge back a payment through your payment provider or financial institution.

If we receive a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute for any reason, Auretic reserves the right to take immediate action without notice. Such action may include, but is not limited to:

• Immediate suspension or permanent termination of the associated account
• Immediate termination of all active services
• Permanent deletion of all account data, files, and stored content
• Permanent banning of the individual or entity from using our platform
• Reporting the chargeback activity as fraudulent to payment processors, financial institutions, and other appropriate channels

Auretic retains full discretion in determining the severity of enforcement actions related to chargebacks. Attempting a chargeback is considered a material breach of these Terms of Service.

Auretic shall not be held liable for any delay, disruption, interruption, suspension, or failure to perform services arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to third party services, client provided materials, force majeure events, technical failures, or scheduling constraints.

All services are provided on an as is and as available basis. Auretic makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, delivery timelines, or specific outcomes unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Auretic be liable to the customer for any lost profits, lost savings, lost or corrupted data, unauthorized access to or alteration of transmissions or data, lost revenue, business interruption, or loss of capital, whether direct or indirect, or for any special, consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of or relating to this agreement or any Auretic services furnished or to be furnished under this agreement or the use thereof, even if Auretic has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

Except for liability arising out of Auretic's indemnification obligations, the aggregate liability of Auretic Studios for any and all claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any services provided shall be strictly limited to the greater of:

• The total amount paid to Auretic Studios for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding written notice of the claim, or
• The minimum amount for which Auretic Studios would be liable under applicable law.

Auretic will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligations under this Agreement due to any cause beyond Auretic's reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes or other industrial disturbances, systemic electrical, telecommunications or other utility failures, earthquakes, storms or other elements of nature, blockages, embargoes, riots, acts or orders of government, acts of terrorism or war. If such a force majeure event occurs and continues for a period of more than thirty (30) calendar days, either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party.

Auretic retains the right to seek and consult with any appropriate authorities that may need to be involved in the event of an issue arising whether it is through violation of this policy or any other illegal occurrence requiring the involvement of law-enforcement agencies.

Auretic regards any communication between parties as confidential, upon distribution of any communication, unless prior approval is in place, we will take action to the fullest extent of the law.

Any verbal or written threats to compromise our systems or any other equipment owned by Auretic, any of its subsidiaries, or affiliates will be taken seriously and will result in further investigation and potentially litigation.
